This 103,000-sq. ft. educational facility will provide classrooms, design studios, labs, a 200-seat meeting space, a 135-seat auditorium, and home to the Innovation Exchange—a hub for student-business collaboration.

Characteristics and Impacts
We designed the HVAC, plumbing, and drainage systems, showcasing exposed mechanical systems and an energy-efficient water-cooled VRF system, complementing the building’s high ceilings and full-height glazing.
