Project description

This office development at Bayside Toronto features two 10-storey, 215,000-sq. ft. buildings constructed primarily with heavy timber, a design choice that enhances sustainability and indoor air quality. Situated within a 13-acre master-planned waterfront community, the development includes retail spaces on the ground level, underground parking, and easy access to public transportation.
