Midtown Plaza

Client: MMC International Architects

Project description

Midtown Plaza, located in the heart of downtown Saskatoon, is one of the city’s premier shopping destinations. Opened in 1970, the mall blends modern design with a rich history, offering a wide variety of retail stores, dining options, and services.

Phase 1 of this project included a 90,000-sq. ft. renovation to the public corridors on both levels and the creation of a proper lobby for the existing office tower.  This redevelopment project of  approximately 869,584 sq. ft. consists of existing mall upgrades, 1st Avenue infills, food court redevelopment, parkade modifications, Sears redevelopment, new build/addition on the southwest corner of the mall, and landscape/hardscape upgrades.
