The new office facility is a four-storey 55,000 ft2 that combined beauty and functionality. The light-filled open-concept offices focus on collaboration among functional teams. A healing garden in front of the building allows for contemplation and the automated energy saving features enhance the environment. Throughout the building, the iet lighting is designed to adjust automatically to sunlight levels, enhancing the beauty of the space and the occupants’ experience.

Characteristics and Impacts
- The HVAC systems, electrical design, generator, building automation systems and document control technology are the leading edge in comfort and energy efficiency.
- To maintain occupant comfort and unimpeded views to the outside, innovative heating design were developed throughout the building.
