Londonderry Mall is a popular shopping destination offering a diverse mix of retail stores, services, and dining options. Opened in 1972, the mall has evolved over the years, undergoing major renovations to provide a modern and welcoming atmosphere for visitors. With over 100 stores, Londonderry Mall caters to a variety of shopping needs, from fashion and electronics to health and wellness. The mall also features family-friendly amenities, such as a play area and accessible facilities, making it a convenient and enjoyable spot for shoppers of all ages.

Characteristics and Impacts
This project consists of a full renovation of a two-level mall including common areas, mall entrances, storefronts, washrooms, and seating areas. It also includes the redemising of approximately 180,000 sq. ft. of retail space. The existing food court was moved to a new location which provided additional seating and a dedicated exterior entrance.
