Project description
Construction of a two-storey expansion to accommodate six multipurpose workshops, as well as the redevelopment of existing spaces.

Characteristics and Impacts
- Phased implementation.
- A basic concept redesigned according to the existing structure.
- Seven new ventilation systems with heat recovery and a dust collection system.
- Ventilation adapted to the current and future workshop needs, optimizing the building’s energy consumption.
- A new hydraulic lifting system for materials handling on the first floor and two hydraulic container lifting systems.
- Construction of a second pitched roof over the existing one to limit snow loads.
- New water main by drilling a kilometre-long length through a six-lane boulevard.
- Area: 4,411 M²
