Characteristics and Impacts
Our team provided mechanical engineering design and construction phase inspection services for this renovation project. This project will revitalize Halifax’s premier shopping centre by adding approximately 75,000 sq. ft. of new retail space, a relocated food court and conversion of an office tower into retail space. The renovation created an open-air concept with massive skylights throughout the building.
