Project description
This prestigious project involved the construction of a 41,000 m² hotel, including some 400 rooms in 3 separate wings. Among these are 81 rooms for the entertainment and maintenance teams and 4 complete apartments for Club management. The complex also includes reception areas, stores, multi-purpose areas, a bar and lounge, a 700-seat main restaurant, kitchens, activity areas, convention rooms, an auditorium, an administrative area, an indoor swimming pool with changing rooms, technical facilities and indoor parking equipped with electric vehicle charging stations.

Characteristics and Impacts
The efficient infrastructure consumes very little energy to operate, thanks to its high-efficiency ventilation system with heat recovery, variable air-conditioning/heating systems enabling heat transfer from one area to another, energy-saving LED lighting, on-site light pollution control and advanced lighting control systems offering lighting scenes in common areas.
