Project description
Construction of six three-storey residential buildings, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units, for a total of 112 dwellings.

- Drainage of the site considered a wetland using open basins to retain rainwater
- Basement rock-supported concrete foundations
- Timber frame construction with lightweight concrete slab covering floor levels
- Independent electrical service entrance and distribution for each building

- Complete landscaping (sidewalks, concrete curbs and lawn)
