Construction of a main building including two parlours, a chapel, a reception hall, washrooms, laboratories, a 3-door garage, administrative premises and several miscellaneous rooms.

Characteristics and Impacts
- Area: 1,300 m² for the complex and 60 m² for the columbarium
- Wood construction only: glulam, engineered wood and carpentry trusses
- Specialized lighting with controls
- Use of NAD conduits to combine aesthetics with visible roof structure
- Installation of a crematorium and its specific ventilation system
