Characteristics and Impacts
There have been substantial leaks over the past and under phase I, we were retained to carry out a detailed investigation and provide observations and recommendations. Subsequently we were retained as Prime Consultant to prepare drawings and specifications, assist with tendering and provide contract administration for the repairs. The remedial work involved temporary protection, excavation, concrete repairs, expansion joint replacement, new waterproofing, and drain replacement. Waterproofing and plumbing replacement in the fountain area was carried out within confined space.
