We provided building science services for the refurbishment of the precast concrete cladding, curtainwall, and strip windows. Our firm was responsible for site investigation, preparation of contract documents and review of work on site.

Characteristics and Impacts
The existing building envelope leaked in many locations during wind driven rain events. After investigating the cause of the leaks, the glazing was retrofitted to act as a face sealed system.
- Reoccurring water infiltration was addressed, preventing further damage to interior finishes and tenant disruption.
- The service life of the cladding was prolonged.
