As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with years of in-depth experience, Serge Côté has gained knowledge and expertise through the various positions he has held in well-known organizations throughout his career. An accomplished manager, he has led major operational projects, in particular the implementation of several integrated management systems.
As BPA’s Director of Finance, he focuses on optimizing organizational processes, including internal control, financial analysis and reporting.
