Vice-President, Operational Excellence
Geneviève Savard, a mechanical engineer with a degree in architecture, joined BPA in 2009. As Vice-President, Operational Excellence, Geneviève oversees the BIM and Software Development departments in addition to her duties as director of QualiT, an internal entity dedicated to best practices. Under her leadership, QualiT sets standards for harmonization, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across all projects.
Geneviève also heads UniversiT, BPA’s in-house training department, as well as the mentorship committee across Canada. Through her initiatives, she actively contributes to the professional development of employees by supporting their technical and technological training and growth while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and added value within the engineering practice.
