This 1,858-square-metre building stands out for its unique design, featuring a glued-laminated timber structure with curved, triangulated trusses that create long, column-free spans.

- The site includes a manufacturing area fitted with bridge cranes, a two-storey administrative section, an auditorium-style training room, recreational spaces, and an interior courtyard.
- The complex design accommodates spans up to 22 m in the machining area and incorporates engineered-wood curtain walls to maximize natural light.
- The project also involved comprehensive integration of civil engineering, stormwater management, and parking infrastructure.
