The project centralized strategic services, including the 911 emergency call centre, a major IT room, a cell block, and a dedicated section for police operations.

- The building features high-performance facilities, including a shooting range with eight firing stations and a fueling station.
- The site covers over 13,430 square metres and includes administrative and training areas, underground and outdoor parking lots, and landscaping.
- The project stands out for its bold, striking design, which is highlighted by an impressive 11-metre overhang.
- Designed to serve a large area, the headquarters serves as the operational base for the Terrebonne, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, and Bois-des-Filion police force.
