Alain Plante, CPA, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting science from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). Backed by more than 25 years of experience in finance, including 6 as CFO and 15 in mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis and financial statement consolidation, Alain stands out for his attention to detail, strong collaborative approach and proven ability to thrive in challenging and complex settings. Through his exceptional organizational and analytical skills, Alain actively contributes to BPA’s strategic development and financial performance.
