Trinity Hills is a dynamic mixed-use urban village located on Calgary’s west side, encompassing approximately 100 acres of development alongside 160 acres of parkland. The project integrates retail, residential, and office spaces in a pedestrian-friendly environment, promoting easy access to amenities, entertainment, and dining. Our mechanical engineering design incorporates high-efficiency chillers and energy recovery ventilation, ensuring sustainable HVAC and plumbing systems while allowing flexible leasing options for food service units at the residential base.
