Project presentation
This 2,788m2 building includes office workspaces, a restaurant, a childcare centre, and a wellness centre. BPA acted as Mechanical Lead, in partnership with the project architect. In addition to being certified LEED®Platinum, this project aimed to become the very first Living Building Challenge petal-certified building in Alberta and was the first net-zero commercial building in the province.
