The 96,000-sq. ft. building encompasses labs, classrooms, and lecture halls. Our innovative mechanical design attained net-zero status, integrating heat recovery, VRF, and solar thermal systems. Despite tight schedules and budget constraints, the project excelled, emphasizing energy efficiency and sustainability for enduring impact.
