The Mic Mac Mall is undergoing an exciting redevelopment aimed at transforming the iconic shopping center into a dynamic and modern community hub. The project focuses on revitalizing the mall to better meet the evolving needs of shoppers and the local community.

Characteristics and Impacts
This project included the renovation of the food court, CRU renovations and additions including demolition and return to base building of Chapters and the Designer Depot, provisions for a new pad building in the northeast parking lot for a future tenant, and interior and exterior renovations of the existing mall including revitalization of entrances. Building Information Modeling (BIM) was utilized on this project.
