As one of the largest retailers in North America, Costco continues to expand its locations, improve its operations and maintain and upgrade the sites in its portfolio. BPA has actively participated in various projects in Costco locations across Ontario. These have included expansion, relocation and renovation of its Pharmacies, Opti-centres, Hearing Centres, Photo Centres, membership desks, loading docks, Tire Sales Centres, in addition to improvements to the outdoor lighting on various sites.

Characteristics and Impacts
- Costco had to remain operational during construction. BPA thereby excelled at maintaining stringent schedules.
- The renovations served to improve the customer and staff experience by increasing navigational space, improving lighting, enhancing security and adding automation functionalities.
