Carling Campus, the new home of the National Defence headquarters consists of 11 interconnected buildings totaling 207,000m2 of space. In line with the government’s goal to drastically reduce its greenhouse gas emissions and increase the energy efficiency of its facilities, the carbon neutral, sustainability, health & wellness study provides detailed lifecycle cost analyses to achieve or surpass carbon neutrality by 2030, while achieving Health & Wellness goals. The study now provides a framework for future projects at Carling Campus.

- Analysis of 70+ Energy Efficiency and Decarbonization Measures.
- These measures covered each building’s energy consumption areas: HVAC, envelope, lighting, controls, heating production, cooling production, heat recovery, geothermal energy, thermal storage, photovoltaic solar production, etc.
