Project presentation
This 240,000-sq. ft. museum includes permanent and temporary galleries, a restaurant, administrative offices, and collection storage facilities. The museum also features a 350-seat auditorium for staging live performances. Sustainable design features include high efficiency condensing hot water boilers, demand control ventilation, rainwater harvesting, and low water consumption plumbing fixtures. We have also completed the LEED® Fundamental Commissioning for the facility.

- The building has obtained LEED® Silver accreditation.
- This project was the first major building in Canada to be fully designed using the BIM/REVIT software platform.
