The building is a 22-storey tower addition connecting to the renovated Major building that maintains the historical façade. The building features a five-storey Moxy Hotel that includes 223 hotel rooms, an indoor pool, a gym, office and meeting spaces, and a restaurant, bar, and lounge. The building also features 343 apartments, staff areas, and a three-storey underground parkade.

Characteristics and Impacts
- Excellent reuse of the existing five-storey warehouse building in the ByWard Market neighbourhood.
- The development conserves and enhances most of the cultural heritage resource maintaining it as an important building in the ByWard Market.
