Project description
This project began with the complete roof replacement and associated structural engineering support services. For the roof replacement we prepared project drawings and specifications and performed construction review services to ensure the project was completed as designed. Following the roof replacement, we were retained to provide building envelope consulting services to repair the balconies, apply new waterproof coatings, replace the guardrails including partial window wall enclosures, repair and re-secure the pre-cast concrete panels, and complete targeted replacement of apartment windows and patio doors.
