On October 24th, 2024, we had the great honour of seeing Claude Décary, Vice-President, Strategic Projects at BPA, receive the prestigious Beaubien Award, presented by the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies of Canada (ACEC).
This award recognizes remarkable leaders in the consulting engineering field, highlighting careers marked by lifetime achievements and remarkable contributions to the industry. A pioneer in energy efficiency and sustainable development in Quebec, Mr. Décary, who led BPA for 18 years as CEO, made an impact on the profession with his unwavering commitment and exemplary leadership. His work, both within the profession and the community, has left a lasting mark, and this award is a shining example of the extraordinary impact he’s made.
The Beaubien Award recognizes the dedication, expertise and innovation of individuals who contribute to the advancement of the consulting engineering industry and profession in Canada. Since its inception, it honours visionaries for their outstanding contributions to the consulting engineering field. We take great pride in seeing M. Décary join this circle of excellence.
