Quentin Leclercq

Director, Legal

Quentin Leclercq is a seasoned lawyer with nearly 20 years’ experience in civil and commercial litigation, as well as surety bond insurance. Throughout his career, he has specialized in contract analysis for major infrastructure projects in Quebec.

As a moderator, Quentin stands out for his management and conflict resolution skills. As Legal Department Director at BPA, he provides expert advice to Management and oversees the firm’s legal affairs.
