Michael Guadagnoli has over 15 years of experience in mechanical and sustainable building engineering. Accredited as a LEED AP BD+C and CMVP, he specializes in the high-performance design and optimization of new and existing buildings, including Zero Carbon Buildings (ZCB). His expertise in energy simulations helps clients evaluate design options, cost implications, regulatory compliance, certifications, incentives, and long-term decarbonization strategies. With a strong understanding of HVAC systems, building envelope performance, and advanced sustainability approaches, Michael is known for his technical rigor, strategic vision, and collaborative leadership.
