Mélanie holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi and brings over 25 years of experience in industrial engineering, energy, construction, and utilities sectors—including the management of major projects. She’s a seasoned manager, with more than 15 years of expertise in team management and business development in both Canada and the U.S. Drawing on her ability to build strong relationships and mobilize stakeholders around common goals, Mélanie plays a key role in BPA’s growth and development. She devotes her time to mentoring young professionals and women, with an emphasis on diversity, equity and inclusion. She has also been involved in various youth sports organizations for the past two decades.
