Permanent and full-time, in our Montreal office

Your role

• Develop technical designs and coordinate various mechanical engineering projects
• Work in close collaboration with senior engineers and technicians to develop solutions tailored to client needs, as well as building systems for various sectors (institutional, office, commercial, cultural and residential)
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs
• Conduct surveys of existing installations
• Analyze, design and adapt related mechanical building systems
• Conducts various assessments: building decay, preliminary evaluations, energy efficiency, etc.
• Evaluate mechanical construction costs
• Write specifications and technical reports
• Provide support to the site surveillance

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering(specializing in Building systems) or in Building Engineering
• Active member of Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
• Knowledge of AutoCad
• Flexible, independent and skilled communicator
• Proficient in French, both spoken and written
• Asset – Knowledge of REVIT
• Asset – Proficient in English
