Permanent and full-time, in our Montreal office

 

Your role

  • Welcome and help integrate new employees and oversee the mentorship program
  • Participate in the entire talent acquisition process (from selection of CVs to integration)
  • Proactively search and identify potential candidates using social media, social networks and referrals, and develop a pool of potential candidates
  • Organize and participate in recruitment activities (career days, job fairs, etc.) to maintain Bouthillette Parizeau’s visibility
  • Participate in the development and deployment of various human resource projects: training program, performance management, HRIS implementation, etc.
  • Provide HR guidance to managers
  • Coach and develop managers (management skills, mobilization, talent development, career management, etc.)
  • Inform managers and employees about laws, policies and internal programs
  • Participate in the development of human resource programs and policies, promote them and ensure compliance

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant experience in a similar position
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a general position
  • Experience in consulting firms, an asset
  • Must be bilingual, both oral and written
  • Customer oriented approach
  • Occasional trips to offices in other cities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and creative in finding solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, sense of responsibility and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
