Location : Ottawa – Hybrid

Your main responsibilities :

• Provide support to all internal clients and resolve technical issues for incidents or service requests
• Perform maintenance on the various systems/servers/equipment connected to the network
• Record and document all troubleshooting steps and resolution activities in the ticketing system
• Participate in key IT system and solution deployment projects
• Participate in the improvement of systems or procedures
• Identify and escalate incidents that cannot be resolved

Your profile :

• DEC or diploma relevant and applicable to the position
• Minimum of one year’s relevant experience
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
• Knowledge of Office 365 Suite, Virtual VMware, Active Directory
• Adaptability, Problem Solving/Analysis and Continuous Improvement
• Communication and Teamwork
