Your main responsibilities

• Provide support to all customers and resolve technical issues for incidents or service requests
• Document computer systems
• Perform maintenance on the various systems/servers/equipment connected to the network
• Record and document all troubleshooting steps and resolution activities in the ticketing system
• Participate in key IT systems and solutions deployment projects
• Participate in the improvement of systems or procedures
• Identify and escalate incidents that cannot be resolved
• Manage inventory and participate in the equipment renewal cycle
• Perform other related tasks, including administrative tasks

Your Profile

• College diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Virtual VMware and Active Directory environments
• Versatility, autonomy, good communication skills and customer service orientation
