Location : Laval – Hybrid

Your main responsibilities :

  • Supervise a team of 1 to 4 people, overseeing work performance, developing and implementing measures to optimize performance, determining work standards, methods and procedures, and ensuring compliance by monitoring their application.
  • Ensure month-end and year-end closing, variance analysis, and monthly and periodic reconciliation.
  • Create improvement projects using technology and process optimization
  • Monitor cash flow in a context of investment and rapid growth
  • Liaise with banks for all Group cash management requirements
  • Manage the relationship with the ERP system service provider and ensure system updates
  • Maintain effective key performance indicators and internal controls
  • Support reporting, budgeting and projection processes
  • Prepare documents for audit purposes and actively participate in the year-end audit
  • Submit grant applications to various levels of government

 

Your Profile:

  • AEC or DEC in accounting or equivalent recognized studies
  • Over 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (intermediate level of Excel)
  • Autonomy and initiative
  • Leadership, good communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
