With innovative designs in energy efficiency and sustainable development, the Wilder building has just been awarded a LEED-NC Silver certification.

As part of the Quartier des Spectacles de Montréal, the city’s cultural area, the renovated and expanded building now houses modern dance studios and performance hall, as well an atrium, areas for production work, office space, restaurant, etc. Prestigious organizations such as Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal, Tangente, École de danse contemporaine de Montréal and Agora de la danse are now located under the same roof.
